Grey Out

We see him every day.
We don't realize he's there.
He's a faded form of gray,
in which we'll never know.
He's there interacting with our lives,
but faded noticed color long ago.
He doesn't know who to be with.
His friends long moved on,
so he sits and watches
as the color drips off him in pools.
He awaits a day where he can be,
since that day had come and past.
He's lost and we all don't know.
He's there but cant be seen,
a shade of gray in the rainbow.
Lost from old friends,
he floats on to exist with what he can.
